Unfortunately, we can’t deal with your complaint. For health insurance matters (basic and supplementary) please contact the Ombudsman of Health Insurance

Unfortunately, we can’t deal with your complaint. The Ombudsman of Private Insurance and of Suva resolves disputes with our member insurance companies. We can’t deal with social insurance complaints (Old-Age and Survivor’s Insurance, Disability Insurance, Income Compensation Insurance).

Unfortunately, we can’t deal with your complaint. The rules of our Foundation stipulate that as a neutral mediator, the Insurance Ombudsman cannot examine a case once a public authority (court) has been involved.

Unfortunately, we’re not yet able to deal with your complaint. You can complain to us, only after you have complained to the insurer and received its answer. The ombudsman looks at both sides of the argument and, therefore, requires evidence from both sides.

Unfortunately, we’re not yet able to deal with your complaint. Please wait until you receive a reply from the insurer. If the insurer does not respond to your written complaint within four weeks, you should first send a reminder. If it does not reply to your written reminder, you may send us copies of your unanswered letters.

When you contact us to submit a complaint we request personal information, so that we can respond to it and provide our dispute resolution services. We’ll use the information you supply to allow us to deal with your complaint. Data thus collected will be temporarily kept and deleted after a while. We comply with data protection rules.
